This Refund Policy explains our position regarding refunds, cancellations and related matters. It is intended to remove ambiguity and set clear expectations so you can make an informed decision before purchasing services from Goazo Digital.
Scope
This policy applies to all services provided by Goazo Digital including, but not limited to, digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, paid social, Instagram and YouTube campaigns), website design and development, branding, creative production, consultancy, audits, training, and any other paid service offered on or off the website.
No Refund Policy clear and absolute
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement signed by an authorised representative of Goazo Digital, all payments made to Goazo Digital are final and non-refundable. This includes full payments, partial payments, deposits, retainers, advance payments and any fees charged for services, consultations, audits or creative work.
This no-refund policy applies to all forms of payment, including credit/debit card, bank transfer, UPI, wallets and offline payments.
Why we enforce a strict no-refund policy: Many of our work streams include irreversible deliverables (time spent, strategic planning, creative production, ad account setup, consultant hours, campaign launch actions and third-party costs). These activities represent real costs and work performed immediately after payment confirmation, making refunds impractical.
Examples of non-refundable items
To avoid confusion, the following are clear examples of non-refundable items (this list is illustrative, not exhaustive):
- Campaign ad spends and third-party ad platform charges (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, YouTube) paid or billed directly by Goazo Digital or billed via your account.
- Retainers, upfront project deposits, and milestone payments after the corresponding work has commenced.
- Creative assets produced and delivered (design files, videos, images, ad copies) once shared with the client.
- Consultancy, audits and reporting time once the deliverable has been provided.
- Payments for custom development or integrations after work has started.
Because work and third-party costs commence as soon as we start, refunds cannot be issued in these cases.
Cancellations, Service Pauses & Future Credits
While the policy on refunds is firm, we recognise circumstances where clients may wish to pause or cancel future service delivery. Our approach is:
- Cancellation of future services: You can submit a cancellation request for upcoming, unpaid services. Cancellation of future services does not entitle you to a refund of prior payments already made.
- Pauses: If you request a temporary pause on active services, we will work with you to preserve assets and data. Pauses do not create an obligation on Goazo Digital to issue refunds for prior work.
- Credit notes (discretionary): In rare situations and at Goazo Digital’s sole discretion, we may issue credit notes for future services instead of refunds. Such credits will be documented in writing and are valid for a defined period per that agreement.
All cancellations, pauses or credit arrangements must be submitted in writing and will be considered per the agreed Terms of Service and any contract you signed with Goazo Digital.
Ad Platform Charges & Third-Party Costs
Ad platform charges (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, YouTube) are subject to the billing and refund policies of the respective platforms. In many cases, platform charges are non-refundable. When we spend ad budgets on your behalf, those amounts are non-refundable through Goazo Digital.
If a platform issues a refund for any ad charge (rare), we will notify you and either pass that refund back to you (less any fees we are contractually entitled to retain) or apply it as a credit to your account, depending on the arrangement agreed with you.
Dispute Resolution & Requesting Review

We will acknowledge receipt and review your concern. While this review may result in clarifications, account adjustments, or — rarely — discretionary credits, an acknowledgment or investigation does not imply an obligation to refund payments.
Legal & Regulatory Rights
This Refund Policy does not override statutory rights or obligations established by law. If your local law mandates refunds in certain circumstances, we will comply with such legal requirements. Except where applicable law demands otherwise, our policy remains no refunds after payment.

Goazo Digital maintains a strict no-refund policy. Any exception to this policy must be explicitly set out in a written agreement signed by an authorised representative of Goazo Digital. No verbal assurances or informal messages will be considered binding exceptions.
